Understanding hydration and nutrition in sport is vital to success.
There are 5 key aspects that should be considered: hydration, fuel, recovery, focus and strength. Each of these aspects will be more or less relevant for a variety of different sports. It is essential to know how much, when and what to consume as this will change dependant upon the environment and the individual. The Lucozade Sport Science Team aim to communicate their knowledge and experience across a broad variety of sports to athletes of all levels and abilities through informative and interesting presentations.
