Gareth Turner BSc (Hons) MSc

Gareth spent his undergraduate years at the University of Brighton where he took a particular interest in Applied Physiology, Sports Nutrition and Environmental Physiology as part of a Sports Science degree. Continuing on at Brighton he gained a Masters in Applied Exercise Physiology specialising in Physiological Profiling, Altitude Training and Recovery Strategies. He is a keen Team Sport player with specific expertise in Rugby Union, an interest which has taken him to South Africa and New Zealand and has most recently seen him represent his University at First Team level.
